Oceanogami – Children’s art and awareness workshop on protected species

Key Elements and Achievements:

In collaboration with Cosmo Caixa Madrid and the NGO Cienciaterapia, Oceanogami organized an awareness workshop with children and families taught by our collaborating artist Emsky.
In this case, after a short explanatory and informative talk, we guided the families to make drawings related to the workshop’s theme and colored with microplastics collected from the ocean.
During the activity, we talked about 5 marine species in danger of extinction and interacted with the children so that they learned about the risks and impacts that these species face.
