Key Elements and Achievements:

• Surfing for Science is a pioneering project with the aim of analyzing the levels of microplastics in coastal areas.

• Together, we carried out a collection of microplastics with paddle surfboards in collaboration with the University of Barcelona. The samples were cataloged and taken to the university laboratory to be analyzed and form part of the laboratory studies.
