Short Summary

Lead facilitator and governance expert supporting the design and implementation of a regional training programme on Marine Protected Area (MPA) governance for marine professionals in Lebanon.

The training focused on strengthening governance approaches, stakeholder engagement, participatory management and long-term effectiveness of Mediterranean MPAs through practical capacity-building activities and collaborative learning processes.

The programme brought together marine professionals and practitioners from across the Mediterranean region to exchange experiences and strengthen governance capacities for marine conservation.

  • Lead facilitation and technical contribution to a regional governance training programme focused on Mediterranean MPAs.
  • Delivery of training sessions related to MPA governance, stakeholder participation and management effectiveness.
