Short Summary
Lead consultant supporting the evaluation of the SPAMI Twinning Programme coordinated by SPA/RAC under the framework of the Barcelona Convention.
The consultancy focused on assessing the programme’s governance approach, implementation process, institutional collaboration, knowledge exchange and long-term contribution to capacity building among Mediterranean Marine Protected Areas (MPAs).
The work involved stakeholder consultations, interviews, programme analysis and the development of strategic recommendations to support the future strengthening of the SPAMI Twinning Programme.

- Lead consultant responsible for the evaluation of the SPAMI Twinning Programme.
- Design and implementation of stakeholder consultations and expert interviews involving programme participants and institutional representatives.
